Ricol Lasteyrie provides assessments of damages in litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings. 

In close collaboration with its clients’ lawyers, Ricol Lasteyrie can support their arguments throughout the proceedings and testify in court.

Should any valuations be challenged, Ricol Lasteyrie also assists its clients in discussions or disputes with the tax authorities.

Several of its partners are registered experts with the Paris Court of Appeal and the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal. René Ricol is a former expert with the French Court of Cassation.
