Philippe Steing

Philippe Steing joined Ricol Lasteyrie in January 2019 to head the compliance department and provide support for the firm’s other missions.

He had previously served as a prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice, specializing in economic and financial law.

He has also served as General Secretary of the Haut conseil du commissariat aux comptes (H3C), the French regulatory body for statutory auditors. In that capacity, he was responsible for implementing quality control review of the audits conducted on large corporations and represented the regulatory body with national and international public authorities.

Master’s degree in private law, graduate of the École Nationale de la Magistrature (French National School for the Judiciary).
